The R-Go split armrest consists of two parts. This allows you to position them at a specific distance from each other as required to provide optimum support for your forearms when working at a screen. The space between the two parts allows you to slide in comfortably and supports your arms close to your body. This promotes an upright working posture and ensures your shoulders remain relaxed.

The R-Go Split armrest provides optimal support for the forearms during monitor work. The two separate parts allow you to optimally personalize the armrest so that the arms are supported close to the body. Each part is separately adjustable and can be rotated and slid on the desktop as desired. In other words: the armrest that fits everyone! Using the R-Go Split armrest, you will automatically adopt an upright working posture, giving relaxation in the neck and shoulders. This armrest is padded and therefore feels soft and comfortable. The R-Go Split armrest fits virtually all desktops.
We strive for ergonomic solutions that are suitable for everyone, regardless of your height, posture and left- or right-handedness. Our new products are assessed by external ergonomists and a test panel of users. The armrests fit almost all desks, i.e. desks with a thickness of up to 35 mm. Additional clamps are available to adjust the maximum desk thickness to 75 mm.
