Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (R-Go Tools, Techniekweg 15, 4143 HW Leerdam, Netherlands, sales@r-go-tools.com, telephone: +49 1523 8720 939) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, properties, and functioning.
