Once a package has been registered with the delivery service, we can no longer make any changes. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please send an email to sales@r-go-tools.com as soon as possible with the updated delivery address. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please send an email with your cancellation to sales@r-go-tools.com as soon as possible. However, there is a good chance that your order has already been processed. In that case, it is best not to accept the delivery, so that the product will be automatically returned to us.
- Once an order has been placed, no further changes can be made.
- If the order is already on its way and you have a tracking number, please DO NOT accept delivery. The product will then be automatically returned to us and there will be no return costs.
- If you do accept delivery, please contact us immediately for further processing.
The product page indicates whether a product is in stock or (temporarily) unavailable. Please note: when ordering from abroad, make sure you select the correct warehouse.
You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days for orders within the Netherlands. For orders within Europe or the US, a delivery time of 3-5 days applies.
