Refunds and Returns

Need to return a product or want to know the status of your RMA request?

Purchased orders

Please fill in your bank details on the RMA form. Once we have received your return in good order, we will transfer the amount to the specified bank account number.

  • Fill out the RMA form.
  • Our RMA department will contact you.
  • You will receive a DHL return label by email.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging for return shipment and affix the return label.
  • Drop off the package at a DHL Service Point.
  • Once we have received the package in good order, we will process it as quickly as possible.

  • Fill out the RMA form within 30 days. Our RMA department will contact you.
  • You return the package at your own expense in its original packaging, undamaged.
  • Once we have received the product in good order, you will receive your refund within two weeks.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the RMA form. Once we have received the returned product, it will take a few days to process it. If you would like to know the exact status, please send an email to rma@r-go-tools.com. The return should be processed within two weeks.
